MEET THE TEAM

Chief Executive Officer

Andrew Dauska

Andrew joined RT as CEO in 2017, taking the baton from founder Tim Rodgers. A 20-plus year veteran of agencies, he’s led Effie-winning, cross-functional teams for TBWA\Chiat\Day, Wunderman, Carmichael Lynch and Leo Burnett. His varied experience gives him a particular understanding of the tension between speed and craft inside a modern creative agency. He’s the father/chauffeur/fan of two very active sport-boys and husband to a very patient wife.

Michael McCormick

Collectively, Mike’s been crafting work at RT for over 20 years, with valuable stops along the way at Publicis, Cramer-Krasselt and McGarrah Jessee. Growing up in Texas and schooled at Atlanta’s Portfolio Center, his work has been recognized by all the biggest shows from New York to Cannes. His love of writing continues a great tradition of RT wordsmithing. When he’s not leading RT’s talented team, he’s directing and negotiating with twin girls at home.

Michael McCormick

Angela Biebel

Angela leads a diverse, uniquely talented group of strategists at RT. Since her studies at Florida Gulf Coast University, she’s gained 15-plus years of global experience in research, insights, digital and brand strategy. Her endless curiosity about consumer behavior is particularly deep in healthcare, QSR and financial services. Away from the office, she’s an always-in-motion mom of two boys and an adventure-ready scuba buddy for her husband, John.

Laura Duplain

A 12-year veteran of RT, Laura brings 20-plus years of advertising and digital marketing experience. Her passion for creative problem-solving and innovative advertising has kept her leaning in and fully engaged over the years. She’s also a master practitioner of the lost art of listening. But when the bell rings, the great outdoors are Laura’s playground for biking, hiking and snowboarding, with a particular passion for being in the mountains.

Jeremy Cockrell

Jeremy has spent over half of his 20-year career building his digital capabilities. He thrives on the constant evolution that digital offers while understanding that, at its core, digital is a dynamic canvas to communicate. Though his real secret power is building bridges between client teams, development teams and creative teams. In all seasons, he’s active with his wife and two kids and enjoys skateboarding, snowboarding and mountain biking.

Jeremy Cockrell

Cheryl Rockwell

Cheryl has spent over 20 years at RT. While her formative years were spent at DMB&B, she also worked at boutiques before finding a perfect fit at RT. It’s a rare production lead who is equally adept at printing for point-of-sale and out-of-home as she is on set with A-list production companies. When Cheryl isn’t in the office or out on a shoot for our next great story, she loves to travel and enjoys all the food, wine and laughs along the way.

Carrie Muehlemann

Carrie has been in the advertising and creative industry for 20 years, spending the last six years leading every RT people initiative. She’s responsible for attracting, retaining and developing talent in addition to employee engagement and community outreach. Some might even say she’s fiercely protective of our famously family-like culture. When she’s not working for the people of RT, she’s spending time with her fun-loving family or running the trails of St. Louis.

J Harrison

J has been with RT for over 12 years and has over 30 years of financial accounting and reporting experience with both public and privately held companies across a variety of industries. That background makes him perfectly equipped to manage an independently minded agency operating within a global network. Outside of RT, he’s a lifelong musician, the No. 1 fan of his two college-age girls and an avid hiker, backpacker and outdoor sportsman.
